Correct. He is BlackOps. So he uses what he gets behind enemy lines.

That's not how Special Forces conduct their operations. The United States does not spend upwards of $2 million apiece to train Special Forces units and then leave them in hostile territory without a proper loadout, assuming they'll just "use what they get behind enemy lines".
They ESPECIALLY wouldn't do that if they were sending in the team wearing US Army uniforms, anyways.
If you don't have the right props, just say that.
