Very nice, I might use this as a loose reference for Azorran mech seating and controls. (Civilian units have a lighter seat similar to a racing bucket.)
The only thing I think you could add would be a prominent HANS device, the one thing that a lot of mech-centric works seem to miss is the risk of pilots sustaining whiplash injuries. Even a Mini Mecha that takes a tumble is going to put a lot of strain on the pilot's neck. (I'm not sure about the effect on situational awareness and the ability to turn your head while wearing a helmet, though.)

You can only move your head and your arms in this seat... the rest of your body is perfectly fixed... that is not pretty comfy.
