Slapped some sloppy colors onto this one 'cause why not~You know in sonic forces with all the illusions of metal? I haven't played it yet, but heard sonic makes a quip about "why can't Eggman just build more 'metal sonics'?" (Have no idea if this is true-didn't play game yet nor looked at playthroughs)Β
BUT it did remind me that there Was a continuity with an army of metals and.... this happened /D (only not affected is the big ol'brother Emperor)

not in the Sonic the Comic universe where the story's different. There is no OG Metal. Instead, there's an army of them from the get-go called the Brotherhood of Metallix who hate everything but themselves.
