I admit, this is kinda cool. If Barbara regains the use of her legs, this would be a logical next step as Oracle (excuse the pun!)

Warning!!! Potential Spoiler for recent Batman Game!
One has to wonder if Barbara was inspired by the Arkham Knight when making this suit?
Beautiful design.

Using a Waynetech experimental Exoskeleton and a few other odds and ends Oracle rejoins the bat family on the streets. Inside her helmet like mask houses an experimental A.I. system based on her own brainwaves to help her walk as well as updates her on criminal activity. The way she makes sure others don't catch on that it's her is, she simply don't use the exoskeleton when she's not a superhero. Having become accustomed to the life style of a paraplegic, she doesn't mind returning to the wheelchair and it's better than the disguise the other members of the Batfamily have.
Inspirations: The design of Oracle by Dresden Codak ( dresdencodak.com ) , Beware the Batman's take on Oracle, A.I. Barbara from the newest Batgirl run & Terry's batsuit.

Ooooooh. Not as good as wheelchair version, but one heck of a lot better than having her running around as Batgirl for the umpteenth time.

I have some thoughts on this myself, but they are too long for a comment...maybe I'll make it a journal post soon. But I will agree with that this is the reason why I didn't like the idea of her getting healed, because they wanted to put her right back in the Batgirl suit, even though we already had Cassandra in that role (and kicking ass, too) and it regressed Babs back to being someone less than she had become by striking out on her own and becoming Oracle. I can agree with Devin Grayson's reasons for Babs was being shortchanged in keeping her a paraplegic. Not shortchanging her as a character, because she became a stronger character on her own when she lost her Bat persona. But given that Jason was raised from the dead and Bruce's own broken back was healed magically (TWICE if you count the Injustice version, too) and there is no shortage of miraculous healing and resurrection going on in the DCU, the idea that Babs was the ONLY hero who was disabled and remained so kind of pisses me off. Why couldn't she be healed AND become her own person/stronger for the experience?
As a more realistic take on the DCU (realistic being used loosely here, naturally) I can see and love the idea presented here of Babs keeping her new persona and new outlook on life while using technology to still allow her to get out there in the middle of the action. This is a great idea and a very cool design.

It technically is the wheel chair version as that white part of her suit is actually an exoskeleton

Well, yeah, I get that. I'm just saying I personally prefer her kept in a literal wheelchair as opposed to the more fantastical exo-skeletons. Much more of a small squibble.

You're missing what I am saying, *points to my longer comment* Basically she still does the wheel chair thing but at the same time suits up from time to time to provide physical support. It's kind of like how Bruce in Batman beyond would sometimes suit up but would more of the time would just be in the cave giving orders.

Awesome look. Eyes are drawn immediately to the mask and strands of red hair poking out.

If this is Barbara Gordon, does the suit help her walk?
