No, not really.
Maybe in personality though... (Did you catch that subtle burn? Audrey was conceded...)
You look cross-eyed. Your jaw is not of Audrey's--her jaw isn't wider than her cheek bones. You have different eyes. You aren't of the same ethnicity. Your lips? So much different from Audrey's, there's not enough time in my life to explain the obvious differences.
You are no different than all the other girls who think they look like her.
There is an image on the internet that is of Audrey Hepburn. It reads, "I aspire to be Audrey Hepburn."
Why not try to accomplish what she has, instead of try to be an Audrey "look-a-like"?
... Or in most all cases, attempted look-a-like.

First, I am a photographer, Audrey is my model, I choose the concept (make up, accessories etc.)and the title. (Please read the artist's comment before you comment)
Second, this model and friend of mine has been told by MANY people that she looks like Audrey Hepburn. She really don't care about it. I just wanted to play with this ACTUAL resemblance for this photoshooting.
