Haha, the water thing was only for the Jack Frost character, but the commissioner liked that, and wanted it for their character. I have a few other submerged looks going down in sketch form for other ones among other things.

Judging is the hardest part. I've done a few contests myself. I always feel terrible for the awesome artiss that didn't win! Lat time, my fiancé and I broke down and gave everyone prizes. xD
