Yes, it can be tough to get attention.
Two months ago I joined a few clubs and it has helped me immensely. I'd try that out if you haven't already. I joined *Ex-po-zure and had a photo featured that earned me an additonal 100+ faves. You would benefit from this club as well: =NaturPics-club

I'm curious (since I just got a SinghRay VariND filter), did you need to color correct this after such a long exposure?

No, the B+W ND3 filter makes only a little bit warmer colors. But thats not the problem since I'm shooting in RAW.
