That's very good 'Rim lighting' from the doorway. The other images are a little dark and grainy.

Thanks for your remark: you are right, and I regret this, but I haven't found a satisfying solution, yet.
For example: with the first picture, even with the sun at 5%, it's much too much bright on her skin.

Just add weak spotlights... 'cheating' with lighting is OK if it makes a better pic!
