go to the "mouse properties" window and select the "Normal Select" cursor. klick browse an choose your fav. cursor. klick ok and now you have an new mouse pointer.

ok, my english is not very good. I do not understand what you mean, you've downloaded my cursor? (in the zip archive is a. cur file), or do you mean, do not you know how to convert pictures into cursor
