Perhaps you could just make her as a separated character.

She could have a japanese name related to the moon and being inspirated in design is not all bad, so what you'll say?

You could name her "Tsukiko" which means 'Moon Child".

You could define personality, alignment (good, evil or neutral) and type (angel, deity, goddess, etc.) and special ability (healer, prophet, miko, etc).
