It is and it isn't. It's lame because it is a a lot of business and learning how to sell your art. But it is necessary to be a successful/paid artist. Β Β

I think the orchestra's going to need more flutes! And clarinets!
The grey cat reminds me of Totoro with his big, Β fluffy greyness and big, round mouth. I also think the kitty on the fence is adorable and round and puffy like a big bun with chocolate icing on it! And I love its super long, kind of wilty "eyebrow whiskers". Also, it's funny, the birds on the left look like flamingoes. I think the Queen of Hearts might need to go croquet mallet shopping pretty soon! Also love all the pink-beaked, screwy-eyed birdies. Their beaks look like big, pointy pink party hats on their faces.Β
What class was this and what was the project? I really like this, I wouldn't be surprised if this got top marks for sure! Unless the teacher is for some reason too insane to appreciate garden vines that tangle into a stack of infinity loops. You'd have to be the worst kind to not love that.Β

I think my favorite birds are the blue ones, there are so many and they are so dumb looking lol.
This for a licensing and products class, we can pretty much draw what ever we want and put it on what ever we want that would require us to license it.Β
I am not sure if my teacher will like them, everyone in class thinks she is picking on me but I don't think she likes much of anything that is not her style. I think people think she is especially picky to me because I question her back.Β

Ooh, it's never nice to have pedantic teachers. Or ones with egos. If it doesn't do well, hope your swathes of adoring internet fans make up for it somewhat.
What do you think you would put these cats and birds on? When I think about it, the 4th one might even make a nice wallpaper for a library or some other small room kids go in a lot. All those vines are so decorative.Β
