More Polymer sculptures for my art show tray! These full sized sculptures look like linzer cookies, and because I infused the clay with some scented candle oils, they smell like linzer cookies, too! Now, I wanted to finish these off with some "powdered sugar" (basically chalk pastels ground up and sprinkled on top to look like powdered sugar); but I've never done that before, and the one tutorial I found made it sound easy, but when I tried it on my test cookie, it looked terrible! SO, hense why they are non-powdered sugar linzer cookies! (which do exist, promise)
After the show, these will be going to my girls for their play kitchen!

4:4 Polymer Clay sculpture infused with scented oils, liquid sculpey died with oil paint, and chalk pastels were used for detail. Total time spent was 72 hours to sculpt and cure.
