Muchas culturas antiguas detestan a los córvidos y discriminan a la mujer, sin embargo adoran a los ángeles, bellas criaturas aladas.Ésta es una ilustración antigua. Decidí hacer un remake para deviantART. Mi web, Stone-Butterfly , está a punto de morir, así es que he querido compartirla antes.
Este dibujo es muy importante para mí. Lo dibujé hace sólo dos años, pero he necesitado dos semanas más para acabar esta nueva versión 2.0. Espero que os guste. ^__^

This is an old illustration. I decided to remake it for deviantART. My web, Stone-Butterfly is about to die, so I want to share before.
This drawing is very important to me. I drew it only two years ago, but I've needed two weeks more to finish for this new 2.0 version. Hope you like it. ^__^

En la primera versión que hice hace dos años tenía la mano distinta y nunca me llegó a convencer, y ahora puse mucho empeño en mejorarla. Las manos me siguen costando mucho trabajo y necesito muchas horas para hacerlas. Las alas también han cambiado muchísimo, porque antes creo que rompían el encuadre con ese apaisado tan amplio, aunque en este caso reaproveché las que hice en su día para darles otra forma que me permitiera que el fondo no se comiese a la chica. ^-^

Me alegro mucho de que te guste. Es un dibujo antiguo (de hace dos años) que decidí retocar y publicar por aquí. Era exclusivo de mi web, Stone Butterfly, pero como va a cerrar, pues no quería que el dibujo desapareciera. Haré lo mismo con algunos otros. ^.^

A corvid is raven family (crows, magpies and so on). My English is very poor. Sometimes I try to translate Spanish into English very literally. What word do you think is better?

Well explaining that it's a family of crows does help, you could more broadly rephrase it to say that those cultures dislike crows in general, the specific grouping word not being as relevant.

The picture is really quite beautiful, and I love the shading on her body, however, if I may, the anatomy of the wings is off. There should be as many joints as in a human arm, and references are very helpful with the positioning of the feathers.
Though, um, if this is just a style choice, which I respect, then disregard the above comment.
