Green, anthropomorphic archenemies to a cartoon icon / set of them. Both used to be friendly with the protagonist's father figure, until their relationship got fractured thanks to a certain formula in one way or another, leading them to become jealous enough to want to destroy them. Both are genius inventors and regularly use technology to contend with the heroes, as they tend to get easily defeated without it. Both regularly face off against a trio that's well-known across their hometown and stands in their way of total domination. Both are generally seen as comedic in how they approach their evil, yet they've shown on occasion to be a serious threat, including when they once brainwashed a large group of individuals in order to exact revenge on their former friend and take over the world. Despite being evil, both have occasionally gotten on the heroes' good side and have even assisted them in taking out a bigger threat.
