You may want to make her legs and arms more proportional to her upper body, that is in terms of how fat they are.
I personally don't know how to use photoshop, but you have to watch our for stright lines in the background as they get distored.
Last but not least, her right wrist looks way too thin. That's a problem with the distortion hitting other things. Maybe try a smaller brush? Freezing other parts of the photo you don't want to effect?
Other than that you did a very good job with the morph, and nice photo selection!
