Yo! I found out recently that my arm pain is so bad the recovery will take longer than I thought and I won't be able to draw safely without pain for eight months to a year. Its been...a weird feeling, I've been dealing with a lot. So to come to terms with this news I looked through a bunch of recent sketches (all done with my mouse) and compiled them into a sketchdump. Idk why I just...needed to validate myself that I have something to work towards? So I can finally draw again. Most of these are dnd doodles and various fanart I could never physically finish. My personal favorite is the critical role one in the top left. Molly and Nott are my kids.

Don't get used to the frequent updates, after this I will def yeet out again and not be active anymore again. I'm doing okay for those worried!-I have a very supportive network of people, trying out new hobbies and I'm getting a part time job soon to help distract myself and continue healing. Its just-really sad to not be able to do the one thing you love? I'm not going to lie my mental state hasn't been the greatest but I'm finding healthy ways to cope and keep positive. If anything this chronic injury has forced me to be humble and not rely on drawing as my sole worth as a person so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I haven't had a breakdown over not being able to draw because my tablet broke like I used to (no joke) so I'm definetly better.

Anyway I swear this is my last time (I couldn't keep posting even if I wanted to LMAO). Idk uh-rest your arm kids, get out more, don't end up like me? I hope you enjoy these sketches, I'm really proud of my improvement if anything!! If my 2013 self saw me now she'd be very proud I think. uvu
