Description
"Wha-! They didn't mention rain in today's forecast, AT ALL!"
Breakbeat's quick walk around town shortly after moving in was rudely interrupted by a sudden drizzle of rain.
~~
Third time really dabbling with animation - silly me thought that making rain wouldn't be too tough, but a few days later I finally got it all done!
Done with AAP 64, scaled up 200%. Original canvas size: 150px x 225px. 22 frames.
(Hopefully I got the Bell count right, please let me know if I miss-counted somewhere!)
Bell Calculation:
Fullbody: 300B
Background: 300B
Colored: 200B
Shading: 100B
Little Animation: 200B

This came out great! I love the rain (I'm surprised it was tough! I would have also have assumed it would be straight-forward!) and the little *splish* on their hand, tree, and puddle! <3

Thanks for the kind words!
The only reason I mentioned it was tough is mostly due to how time-consuming the method I used to draw the rain was - I probably did it in the least time effective way possible :F
