Description About The MOCA MOC of this nature from me has been loooong over due. I've been needing to make a "MIni-MOC" in the true sense of Mini-MOCs for a while now, I never really had one till now.
I feel a little bad ending up with a crab as a mini-MOC seeing as how its been done before, namely by But I was inspired by his crab to do this. I was trying to make a little spider, but once I got those claws made I simply had to honor the design and make a crab. So now we have "Snip," my little green crab.

Bio
He's just a cute little crab, He could be HF Bionicle or what ever. No real story behind this one. His name is snip because his claws are more scissor like than clamp like for a crab's claws.

Thanks for this. He is a cute little sucker. What do you mean you've never seen this kind of MOCing before?

The only thing I don't like about the breeze mask is he's got a face on his backside. Other than that, I love it. I like it cause it makes him look kinda spiky.

I mean that i looked at other crab "mini"mocs and this in my opinion is the best.

If you look at the crab's from the monster hunter freedom series they all Carry skulls so this spices of crab could Carry hf masks you could make a crab army if you don't have enough exo-force arms i could make some but i would need to see a shell-less one to create a copy. the reason is i loved the exo-force sets and now have a abundance of arms and quite like the idea of a cute army(they will never see it coming).

Well thank you. I can't really say I agree, my little crab was just cobbled together just to try and use the breeze mask in a different way. But still, thank you, that's quite a compliment.

Alright. I don't mind sharing a "how to" type photo of this MOC, its not all that complicated. I'll take a picture of it without the breeze mask and use Stash here on DA.

Thank you. The Small MOCs have a certain charm to them. There's a simplistic innovation in them a lot of times, and not just from me I've seen a lot of really good Mini-MOCs from other MOCers. welcometothedarksyde has several to.

You did a great job making every part matter in a compact space. The little guy's so cute, and there's no extemporaneous pieces or underdeveloped areas. I especially like the color scheme and the use of the mask as a shell.

Thanks Chris. Those exo-force/bionicle arms are so useful. Most of us bioMOCers use em as fingers, and they were used that way on some sets to. I just kinda stumbled on the pincers though.

I kind of want to hug it..
It's cute. Colors work out well, claws look about right from most angles, and the Breez helmet as the shell works out pretty well. Something about its sleek and curved design.
