Nope, it's homebrew and available to everyone. Last time I checked it was a d10 system. I quite enjoy play as one of the psychic classes, now with guns.

hah XD it just doesnt make sense that the TRAINER would "white out" or "black out"
in some of the games they "scurry off" though, which i find more logical XD
