Thats what I love about the evil organization Leaders. When a 10 of 12 year old kid defeats 6 of the hundreds of pokemon they most likely have at there disposal, they, as the leader, DISBAND THE GROUP. I mean 1. Send in your grunts to just kick the kids ass if he messes with you, and 2. MAKE SURE YOUR GRUNTS HAVE BETTER POKEMON THEN GENRIC POKEMON.
Also, I've thought of just kick a smaller pokemons ass myself.
