Description
So I've made my decision on this, I will be going through with the plan and this picture is the last promotional image to show this off and will also be Chapter 1's cover art. This depicts several things I will go over, first we get to see the art style for various characters, including Red who i think looks way better here. Unlike before, all the Pokemon Red will be using are being shown now. With the exception of Charizard and Jolteon (who are plot relevant), the team has been completely changed. Another thing I am considering changing is how the fight goes down, in the original, Red fought the way you do in the games, one at a time, however I have considered doing more of a battle royal sot of thing where he will be battling with Mewtwo using multiple Pokemon at the same time, sending them all out over a period of time. I think that would make the fights more interesting, vary them more from the original and it will also help illustrate how powerful Mewtwo is actually supposed to be in the comic. I haven't choreographed the fight yet so i don't know for sure if that is what I will do, but I am considering it. That would also likely shorten chapter 1 as well, so you wouldn't have to wait as long for chapter 2 as well. I had a lot of fun working on this picture and I hope it shows.
