More One piece sketches!!. I've been tuning finally into Film Red's soundtrack, ideas going all around my head. Feeling like making more One piece related things, it just motivates me and stimulates my creative muscle this much!

In this drawing portraying some of my Oc's of the CP9!. From a generation 40 years before the events we see with luffy embarking.
A time of great and dangerous pirates, and so great personnel on the world government and the marines to counter, this would be but fanfic from now on

(Absolute edit to rework this characters on the future since my rambling below, now is but rambling for me now!. But basically they're just becoming the Waterfall island own forces, except of the Thylacosmilus and Thylacine guys, the man who somehow would gain an identity and the kid who got out of it on time)

A excuse to the latest iteration of the special assassin squad of CP9 headed by Spandam. It's but sure this such professional team of all, but the world government on it's whole apparent glory when we first saw them were to little, but go and negotiate the taxes with Doflamingo, might only Blueno and Lucci came alive to say their superiors why they didn't wake up on the last mattel line.

They were still on further training and hold to find a proper instructor for advancement preparation. The occasion had meet with the task and deployment on Water 7. Since their very childhood and the rest of their adulthood a training to be endorsed

A trend that seems only reserved but the CP0. The Cipher pool has decreased on quality of it's members since the new age of piracy. Regarding my fanfic formation of the Cipher pool members in general there were two parties!. By training orphans since their childhood to make them on loyal soldiers.
Or the one the very celestial dragons liked more, to put in charge veterans with experience, charisma and manners!. And what better than a person that was indebted ideologically and by bare obligation to the cause. They were from the Marines, affiliated kingdoms and especially the waterfall kingdom I've been mentioning

Their only issue of their recruitment was tough, as indebted to death they were to the squad. They were still veterans, and were to be treated that way and retire with honors.

- The handsome Thylacosmilus guy!, from the waterfall kingdom he had much preparation. He was transferred to the Cipher pool and ranked to the CP9. As he is clearly a person of his own he's quite the jolly some guy. He also got a scientist brother named Diesel.
He is a mythical zoan devil fruit user, the Thylacosmilus it's his animal. Also as disappointing it might sound, his "sabers" aren't prepared for biting like you'd expect of such a "lookalike" of Smilodon. He's not a big fail cat 😜, he's a marsupial 🧐
He served on the squad until a great event where he was deployed on his very homeland. He was badly injured, to nearly a restrictive degree and trought this, he retired; Although similar to Sengoku shedding of his rank, he'll accept to become a instructor to future generations of CP9

Within the world government the idea he was outclassed a pair of decades ago by a promising star that'll heir on it's grappling techniques, named Who's who didn't wait. Yet the truth is both have never met. He was married and totally retired by then

- Left him is Benjamin I based him on Thylacines. He did was trained an orphan children, the man right him picked him up as student and made him quite formidable, enough to be prematurely accepted on the CP9, this is the type whims this Veterans were allowed to do. But out this experience he came out a sweet person rather the absolute cold nature of the rest.
Still, eventually his master had to part ways with the squad and he work harder to stay in the position. His future from now on would be filled of harsh situations, and as an adult he unfortunately would come to be hunt down by mercenaries that knew his real identity.

He was a genuine and bonding person on the CP9, and so he'll suffer the pain of losing his beloved ones . He had the same condition of Mohji

A last note, and is that I grew aware some myth surrounding this of the Thylacine, all around this such "Benjamin" was bullshit! . Unfortunately I'm already accustomed to name this character this way so hope you go learning something out of it.

But I do have ideas around this myth, on parallelism to Mohji and whatever they had, this character is not the last. That he's life itself would be rough like if raised by the people who perpetuated the myth

- Left again the Ostrich woman. She's descent of a longlegs father and human mother. So kicking is her deal. She was a fruitful ex-marine vice-admiral who would be transferred to the CP9.
She was old enough as to have witnessed of the likes of Gold Roger, Kaido and Big Mom from rising out of her range but in decades.

I like to make nice couples and she would have liking for his Thylacosmilus partner, failed two times on her proposal 👹, but they'll marry!. At the end he was waiting both could retire safely out of risky tasks. Both become instructors for new generations of CP9

Also, her design!. She has a poncho to be reminiscent of Ostriches wings, open or not this animals have as savage and splendid showcase when they open their wings.
I want her gloves have claws, perhaps indian Bagh nakh!, since she as well is very adapted on close combat. Just like Ostriches have claws on it's wings the way it's wings are formed is wild.

Her horrible heels are my way to portray Ostriches unusual but adapted legs for running. She got plenty strength to kick them against her foes

- And the greatest guy, based on Andrewsarchus. He was born precariously on Mary geoise a long limb human, where someone would come to his aid under the premise of making him a loyal soldier.
He couldn't be trained along the rest of his same age companions, since he was so strong and was becoming so raw on personality he was prematurely assigned on the marines. Yet the same person that rescued him off his seemingly shady fate, would come to against all odds remove him out of the Cipher pool.

It adopted him and raised him on the Waterfall kingdom like a son. There he'll make great bonds with just as a talented teenage his age, the Thylacosmilus guy!.
This experiences would have fortunately be the ones he needed to find inner peace, yet from the very beginning it seemed he'll be wait by a dark fate. He'll be entering the CP9 as soon he was a young adult. With his best friend at least.

He was such a reckless fighter that despite he being inferior in all aspects to this level of foes, he was of decisive aid to defeat a martial artist that was as dangerous a Yonkou commander was.

That friend he had would come to understand the state his friend really was after this events on where he was badly injured. He was embedded and a delicate situation and needed all of his willpower to survive multiple operations. He would come to know why he never dominated the will of Haki, the will of live,
I based his persona in many ways to him

There still a hand of members more I could mention, the CP9 seems to ever be filled with 9 (Useful) members, but the other 5 didn't appear on my head because of how replaceable were, they were orphan children made into loyal cold assassins. Might put a Platypus girl tough 😼

This members would the one to pursuit Coral, Guhya, Fatimah and Caterina (And the other martial artist of the same fist, along many pirates) on their incursion to the waterfall kingdom!. Since it's a path from west blue to south blue, it was a purge of it's underworld and a group of people who by it's cultural manners, used to gather on that kingdom.
