Here's PMBO resuming with a realistic pokemon depiction, that over a year ago I wasn't doing them!Drawing Inspirations
Around the start of 2021, almost two years ago I did a little series of realistic Pokemon . Quite a while!, it's funny how our art puts time into perspective 🤩
Just a pair of weeks ago I've got a surge of creativity around them, and decided depict one more Pokemon under realistic lenses, Huntail in specific. Taking as base moray eels and especially, under my perspective, the quite similar Blue ribbon eel
Although I must say, should've have put more focus on it's genuine inspirations around the interesting Wolf fish, I've just got too enthusiastic around eels in general.
As well learning about the blue ribbon eel, it's quite the interesting animal, even if most likely isn't related at all to the designers ideas on mind for this Pokemon. Apparently upon birth they're all males that'll grow up to become females on maturity. It's actually a quite common phenomenon on the animal world!
Perhaps can play around this surrounding the odd evolution of Clamperl, but I'd rather make azurill a real mechanic 😼
..
Huntail is a Pokemon that can be found in most seas, mostly known for coming from Hoenn seas. Known for their ferocity and of prime examples of lifeforms on the disphotic zone of the seas.
An animal that even if relatively common, it were technological advances that lead to learn of it in detail, before being known only by it's phantasmagoric carcasses and rare instances it was caught from times it was veiled with the same infamy of Absol.
They growing up to a average of 1.7 meters, and a weight of around 27 kilograms
They're development is no more odd, sharing a raw infancy as most sea Pokemon, they trench and hide around reefs and big clams. For decades it was unknown the whereabouts of it's growth and evolution with it's relation to Gorebyss, to be catalogued as a wurmple of the seas.
It's not up to recent days it can be seen this two animals closely related by a common ancestor, yet Clamperl end differing greatly upon growth, the two different species which can be distinguished from one another once they growth over 15 inches; Only under microscope seeing how the distinct teeth of Huntail and Gorebyss scales develop from each other, until a breeding of both end nearly totally distinct from each other.
By that time this offspring, especially of Gorebyss moving to abyssal deeps to live, where it was hard to research about them
...
In continuation, brief ideas around the characters on the drawings, that guy I intentionally left a vague remanence to Lucas. Is a character on my last drawing on the series , the blue shy guy in specific. You may deduct what my ideas are telling you i'm still into Pokemon legends
But what he's doing, comes around a idea I had around the Pokedex; That it was a project uphold by many scholars as a method to bring people on Pokemon study, from amateur bird watchers to children with the intent of learning.
Like some sort of wikipedia, that rather appreciate and hears contributions from all people, with the focus of so, have a glimpse from different regions, ages and contexts. So have a catch on new unexpected discoveries from locals, that can be funded to have a complete understanding of it.
Or children, that even if they clearly would end following evident tracks, the Pokedex being a project that cheers them to learn of the animal world and it's environment
Now, what's the real deal of professionalism is under professors funded to proof and study under contrast of information. If they could, a specialization of a specific Pokemon species like Pikachu, with cousin species among all regions.
.
Lucas was decided to if at least, add contributions to every and each Pokemon. On photo how after getting to work under professor Sinder a chance to study abroad Hoenn Pokemon. A veteran trainer from the fast growing region, recently renamed Sinnoh.
There making another friend, a vivid man named Jerry🤪. He really desired to take a live photo on it's natural environment of Huntail

☝🤓
Here a last fun fact, of Lucas main Pokemon Decidueye, a Pokemon in danger of extinction by human activities. The interesting thing being it having no place under it's new world, this Decidueye of the once called Hisui were bred specifically for hunters, eternal archers on Rapidash. The brought of guns into the region and favoritism for Staraptor and push back to the region militia have diminished it's species. So much as for Lucas testify there could have been a couple of dozens of them when he was a teenager.
He tough do would insert the species on Alola when working to preserve the Decidueye of that region, to some success but pretty much, giving birth to new distinct species by adaptation.
So other Pokemon distinctive of the region meet a similar fate. The hisuan species of Typhlosion wiped as it's monarchs that resisted other region invasions. And hisui Samurott, similar to Decidueye outright became vagabond animals as it's past soldier trainers best by other Pokemon by that is cost effectiveness of training, like it is in the case of the loyal Empoleon and technologies.
At the end, to Samurott train being a whole art, and all this Pokemon reach such a level of human relationship rooted on story, was it's doom
Also Lucas would come to become a grand children book artist, it's legacy leaving behind a massive Avant-garde movements by the way he depicted Pokemon transcending to this day ☝🤓😁😁

And now 🎶🎵, we have a wonderful surprise for you , songs I've been hearing lately, I've got into a rabbit hole on that is sample music; Nujabes, Nana Caymmi all leading up to Tens Calmaria by Ivan Lins , a really beautiful song!.
