Там весь район такой. Не знаю, кто проектировал - вряд ли эльфы. Но ощущение, что руководящим был принцип "А не слабо нам еще один дом сюда всунуть? - Да не слабо! Хоть два!" Основная застройка - 24 этажа, попадаются дома и повыше (есть два дома в 37 этажей). Парковок нет - все улицы запаркованы так, что разъехаться трудно. Как ни странно, в районах, которые застраивались в 1980-е, дома в основном 9-этажные, стоят на приличном расстоянии, и новых домов туда никто не всунул - по-видимому, в силу непрестижности этих районов. И в результате там тоска смертная...

А ведь правильная идея у автора - достаточно расширить сознание с помощью достижений химии, и такие проекты городов пойдут - просто заглядение!
