yes second. the little prick XDhes very fast. always right on time and on top of things. quite intellectual.
his mouth is the radar lookin thing above his eyes. he speaks mechanically. sounds kinda like that robot character from the old cartoon, "Time Squad"
those are 4 second hands that are attached to his back. he uses them to fix any little problem that he cant with his bigger normal hands on top of his head.
