Description
The title is from the last line from chapter 16 of ~SelanPike 's "On My Own" story.What a transformation indeed! Before, he was all sad and crying and stuff about Cackletta's death (like an adorable little kid X3 ), but then...! "Cackletta will finally have the avenging, and I will have the conquering of the world!"

I'm not sure his relative age was ever actually officially stated, to be honest. \o3o/
It's just a headcanon, I believe. Probably due to his high-pitched voice. And his speech habits could also be a contributing factor.
