What do I do when I see a character I really really like? I...uh...have the bad habit of snatching them and having the poor things interact with some of my characters >.< I'm sorry y'all.
I am not at all pretending that this would be a ship! They're both incredibly awkward and are most likely not that compatible But this was fun to draw anyways.

Lemon-Aid is an absolute tech geek! He's a whiz at pulling apart difficult code, and even though he can't spin real webs that well he's able to net basic website hackers without much effort. He often gets very focused on one project and doesn't stop until it's done, no matter the cost. Which is why he doesn't really look up that much when someone comes over for help.
That's the perk of being a spider pony...you can multitask! He can read computer screen and get a glimpse at the stranger at the same time. Several arms can type on while one takes the tablet. Fixing simple stuff like tablets is super easy for him at this point so he thinks nothing of it...until he fully comprehends who it belongs to!
Phantasia is a shy artsy gal (poor thing probably stood there for 15 minutes before gathering the courage to disturb him). Her art tablet sorta kicked the bucket...usually she'd leave it alone but her drive to create causes her to go out of her way to get it repaired. Lemon was not prepared for such a lovely creature to speak to him and his brain short-circuits big time. Which causes him to almost rudely dismiss her. Not the best start ever XD

Tablets are considered simple tech. But Lemon wants to give her an upgrade! So he rewires some things and essentially makes a true professional-level art tablet with what he was given. Sure he loses some sleep over this but it's all worth it. He's also rehearsing a date proposal in his head the whole time too. Silly spooder!

Phantasia was not expecting her tablet back again so soon! A week at the least...but here he is the very next morning. Looking very uncomfortable and out of his element. Her excitement over getting her beloved tool back overwhelms any basic anxiety she had before. Until she has to pay him anyway.
Lemon spits out his line but...tries to cover it up by labeling it as a tablet check-up meeting. Mostly because he's extremely anxious about being shot down.

Yup the tablet works! Lemon knew it would so he pays very little attention to the short discussion...but he tries to pay a lot of attention to her without being super obvious about it.
Honestly on Phantasia's side it's an awful outing; she's here with a geeky stranger whose eyes won't stop shifting about in different directions, and he has absolutely nothing to say! She might have to chug her drink and find an excuse to leave. Not much going on here.
She does appreciate the upgrade and feels doubly bad about not being able to pay him.

Just somethin fun I tried out with two buggos! I feel like both characters are the types you'd pass by in the school halls without much thought. But Phantasia has friends while Lemon is a loner. A weird one too. He does his best tho, and prefers his passion over pals anyway since most kids don't like his physical looks. He's so happy to have landed at least one 'date' in his schooling career XD No matter how awkward and awful it was.
