"Saddle Up, Pardner" - Neon VariationI edited the original version of this picture to include the soft green glow of the Mech's control panels. I think it's an interesting effect, but one I need to practice... and maybe consider only using it in darker pictures, like night time battles!!

I can just imagine Applejack's mech would be like Metal Gear Exelcus; Large, packed with the latest weapons, and look like a spider. [and be the largest one, and for more coolness; can launch the others {could I have the idea for a Pony Mecha comic now?! IDK, but I like this idea}]

Well, there just went two of the most awesome mechs ever created.

all these seem more real and serious than power rangers
more powerful than gundam
and more effective than most mechs that seem to rely on fear factor just as much as anything else... as in if the enemy isn't afraid, you've completely lost half you efficiency...
unstoppable, no
but unrelenting and hard as heck to defeat, you'd better count on it... as in throw everything to they fray and be as smart as you can, and you'll succeed only by a slim margin... barring sheer outnumbering with on part tech
and even then, it would take days of constant combat to finishe the job, start to finished... pause of just a little and they simply tank up of a longer haul...
that kind of bad flank stuff, not showy or outright logistical mass (literally/ support), but super strong and sturdy mechs with even more smart and relentless pilots...

Whats the Mech from? Is it a Nightmare frame from the series Code Geass, because the cockpit looks very much like that?

I've drawn my inspiration for the cockpits from multiple series, but yes, the Knightmare Frame has definately had a big impact on my designs!! Well spotted
The mechs themselves are not Knightmare Frames though, I'm designing them from scratch myself, and they will be unveiled once I get Twi, Dashie and Flutters pictures done!!
