During the last year I made a series of Birthstone Sphinxes for my adoptable. Since they turned out so pretty I'm uploading their full images on DA.drawn with a pencil then scanned and coloured in adobe CS3 with a cintiq 12wx tablet

Again, I love how the eyes just reach out and grab you! The feathering on the paws really reminds me of a Clydesdale

I love the feathering trait for the sphinxes. The original ones for the templated classic pose were design by Aranea and they've become one of my favourites to use.

The stone made it so easy to make her turn out so beautiful. <3 It would be difficult to make something with those blues and gold flecks not turn out pretty.

I think that's why I like all the larger versions you've posted to DA. Because we can really see all the beautiful detailing you put into them. And yes.. it makes me love them all (though.. her the most.. teehee) all the more. <3
