This is an illustration for a "Code: Lyoko" fanfic idea my sister and I came up with. (I dunno when I'll write it, because I procrastinate and have issues wording things sometimes.)

It's supposed to take place about ten years after the show ended.

Plot outline...

X.A.N.A. managed to create a backup version of himself called X.A.N.A. 2, which erased all the kids' memories of each other. Jeremie was spared, because he'd been to Lyoko, but only a little bit... (unlike his friends who were there a lot.)

Realizing that X.A.N.A. 2 is even stronger, and is trying to control both Earth and Lyoko, Jeremie summons the group (as well as Sissi) to come and help. Aelita slowly remembers Lyoko, because she's lived there so long, and convinces everyone to help.

Problem is, everyone's changed over the years...

Odd's a snobby fashion designer, who's much too busy for "video games".

Sissi's a rich heiress, who thinks Jeremie's insane.

Ulrich's a bum, who is trying to find work.

Yumi's a shy florist, who doesn't want to fight.

And William's a gentle married man, who wants to go home to his heavily pregnant wife.

But yeah, they end up working together, and saving the day...

Kinda spoiled the happy ending, but who cares? It's cute!

Odd and Sissi fall in love, as do Jeremie and Aelita, and Ulrich and Yumi... And William's wife (Emily) tells him that their baby - which is due in a few days - is gonna be a girl. Will's in shock... happy shock. (Plus, he and Ulrich become really good friends.)
