Outside our new favorite restaurant, I noticed the curve of Slat's stylized S (which looks like an E) matched the curve of Madeline's delightful derriere, so I had her lean back a bit to line up with the rest of the curve. We really are desperate for inspiration, here at Poses Studio. Although not as desperate as whatever designer came up with that logo treatment. I mean, if this place was called Elote, then that makes perfect sense.

"Any why did they name themselves for the exterior architecture? If it hadn't gotten good reviews, there's no way we would have gone."

See, proper branding is important. That's why I consistently put a logo mark on all of my photos.

"You really should do that. Did you read about Black Talon Arts? You need to think about how your going to keep you lover in luxury. It's not like you have charisma, good looks, or talent. It's all about the cash."

She's joking.

Little secret here—my narrative implies I just snapped this on my phone, but we noticed this Friday, and came back at the golden hour with Iray and Daz in tow to do a proper shot. Out friend Modo, incidentally, helped Cocina Slats with the, um, slats, the copper logotype, and the glass sign thing. NIK, Jr., is on vacation, saying something about High Sierra—California, maybe?—so Photoshop did all the developing and toning.
