Fiona Fox was on the list of freedom fighters members to clone replacement bodies for until she betrayed them. After Power found out what Fiona did he discontinue making clone bodies of her.

Sometime after Mobius and it's timeline had gotten rewritten thank to the gen wave. Power had decided to do a test that he finally got around to do. To see if the clones that he had created without a mind and soul of their own can still develop one. And so Power had build a huge maze placed 200 Fiona clones in it. Then Power gave the clones a simple task. To push the button that's in the centre of the maze. It would be very simple if the maze wasn't huge and filled with death traps.

During this time Power has watched as many of the clones died from maze's death traps. He was starting think that he might need to make more clones. Until he notice one of Fiona clones was not only avoiding the traps be also trying to save the other clones from them even those she fails at even single one of them. Power has put numbers on each of the clones so he would know which one is which. And that's how he knows that the clone that's doing the avoiding and saving is number 172.

After number 172 had push the button Power came to her and thanked her for being the answer he was looking for. After that Power then took the clone under his wing starting with naming her Roxy. Over time Roxy has become a very kind and helpful team player even those she be a bit shy around new people.
