Description
Something a bit different : DSo, for s, *Joshing3the7Kokiri payed some ore for a non- steel pokemon pic. He requested Abomasnow using a blizzard attack. He wanted it all traditional buuut...I had no clue how to make a decent blizzaqrd effect using my copics. So I told him I'd do have traditional, half digital. XD.
Considering I've never done it before it came out pretty spiffy X3. Hope some Abomasnow fans like it!

Oh, for the blizzard? I used photoshop CS3 (though any version should do). I just drew a bunch of whiteish dots and smuged em on a diagnal. Then on another layer I added some blobs of transoparent white and uses a gaussian blur to make the foggy/swishy/blowing effect :3
