Hi everyone! ^u ^ here's another character concept i did. The idea was to make a cute girl character holding my current wacom stylus, her power is that whatever red she draws comes to life. She dominates her enemies by drawing and summoning her familiar pet fiery red dragon.

Wow Great work. It is ambitious and the realization is a success. The anatomy is correct, the proportions are exaggerated but still harmonious, the volumes of the body are well rendered thanks to a mastered coloring, I like their shininess, and the various lighting effects you added.

I like when there's something exaggerated in the piece and i believe thats what brings uniqueness in your piece and style. I am still going through the phase of experimentation but i know where i need to go. I have come to know that exploring different styles is very important, choose the one you like the most and bring your own spin to it and call it your own. That's well put. I think you are on your way to realize yourself as an artist. You have everything one needs to.. you have an already undeniable talent, you have good skills at drawing, anatomy, coloring, texturing, lighting.. and your are improving a lot.. and you seem determined! Ahh! Thank you so much ZestyLimey <3 Yeah i am quite happy with the color choice, initially i went with yellow black combo put later on i switched yellow to red, it just suited the overall idea better ^^

I'm wondering something though, how manage such a slim body figure while making them so busty without making them look odd disproportionate? I'd actually really like to know.

Umm.. well i am not sure about the proportion, i just like to exaggerate certain features but still not crossing the bars and keeping the appeal to a certain level i guess. i hope this answers your question.

Yeah practice is surely the key component,although one never stops learning and practice is like an endless journey. <3 The pose and proportion is most initial step that i had to nail right before i continue with building lineart and proceeding with coloring. So yeah it doesn't require much rework.. i mostly make 4-5 thumbnails with quick strokes and it basically has all the anatomy information and then when i am satisfied, I start with lineart. ^^

This is truly beautiful. I feel like the stylus expands a bit too much as it reaches the tip and the proportions all around seem a tad wonky but this is nice in any case.
