Now both of books are available for purchas in digital versionI decided to sell these/those/these/those (never know which word to use!! books in pdf since there is a pandemic all over the world and noone will risk to go to post.

"these" are for things near you, "those" (or even "that") for things further from you, but both are plural
ex: "I need these things!" she said, holding them up to the cashier
ex: "I need those things!" she said, pointing to them on the display
You'd likely use "these" since they are posted "here" (as in the picture here on DA), if that makes sense
