Description
Tribute to QinniIt is such a loss.
I don't know how many of you knew her, but I am certain many of you would recognize her lovely, contrasted, full of stars art. She was taking part in gathering 'deviantart' community together and hit over 2 mln followers on instagram. That is how influencial her art was. And still is.
I believe she was so successful because her drawings were real, it was like reading a story of her life; it was so honest, tragic but adorable and tender at the same time. I was observing many people familiarize with her pain and emptiness feeling. Their stories were all different, yes, but she helped them to illustrate feelings and name them. And isn't that the begining of understanding problems which is therefore the key to solve them?
Her problem however had no solution.
I've no idea where from such innocent, fragile, petit girl was taking the strenght to stay optimistic and humorous for all this time.
She created a 'crying puddle' meme few years back and I got her quote:
" Well, no matter what happens, at least my meme sketch will be immortalized forever on the internets lol
saw someone use it just the other day xD~ "
I never thought of graphic influence that much before. It's completely different when you draw as a hobby, draw for personal use or for money. When it is your fulltime job, you just produce drawings as it was a factory procedure. Not always of course but I do find myself thinking like this sometimes. Looking what was happening with Qinnis art after her sudden death I realized, this is what will be left of me one day too, bunch of drawings. Immortal. And that is really optimistic perspective when I think of it. I am happy that a piece of my work stays in commissioners hands, some will last in games or films, some will live their own life (Olle. you know...) and piece of my heart will lay in dear people's hands.
I have to also say that I am impressed by how many people remembers of Qinni, cares, draws for her, spreading words and her art so it will not get lost in billions of other drawings and matters. She deserves it.

Even thought she no longer in pain
It still such a shame
DAMN YOU CANCER
You stole another soul again
Even thought she's gone
She never very far
If you even feel sad (missing her)
Just look up to the stars
RIP Qinni

Um Sorry to tell you but apparently she had a very advanced cancer. She announced it last year late summer that her doctor gave her a year, year and half to live. Unfortunately it was sooner.
I actually only heard about her after the diagnosis...

Actually she only found out in December (not the summer) that she had cancer after having stomach pains, and barely lived over a month after being diagnosed. It was the chemo that made it happen so fast though. Her body wasn't strong enough to withstand it and she was super tired all the time.

Oh sorry. I'm often out of the loop on stuff so when I saw it in December I assumed it was something that was already news from months ago that was just now reaching me.

Beautiful tribute for her <3
It makes me sad what Melon is doing with her works, stealing them to sell as covers for their notebooks So disgraceful

Beautiful artwork, the description was very sad though. I've never heard of the artist or seen her drawings. Was she a younger artist? (When people pass when theyre young it is even more tragic.)

Any life cut short is tragic, regardless of age. But yes, I believe she was only in her 20s.
I'm sitting in my 30s right now and a woman I've known all my life who is only in her 40s is about to die from brain cancer. Her grandchildren will never know her, and her children are still teens. Her parents will have to bury their daughter and live out the rest of their lives knowing they outlived their only child.
I didn't know Qinni, but hearing of the passing of someone slightly younger than me, and knowing someone only slightly older than me is about to pass on brings up all kinds of unexplainable feelings and thoughts about life and death.
My father always says "the dead know no pain", so find comfort in that. Qinni is gone, but she no longer knows any pain.

think it: one thing is to not like a character and other totally different is to make the half of your gallery of hate-art, in his case, he hates jack frost from RoTG, i have no problem with it, but he cannot take a little critic about this regards without block you.
