A lot of white space on page 2, could probably reduce that by reducing the width of Armor so Weapons and Powers can fit along side it.
Other than that, hard to judge a character sheet by its merits without knowing the system itself.

Okay thank you for your feedback.
It's basically a RPG but with pregnant expansion with many genres, game play wise it's mostly going to be story telling than dice rolling.

So more free form than an actual TTRPG? But that puts into question the need for your 6 "stats" if you're just going for role-play over roll-play. Which, don't get me wrong, I love; Pokemon: Tabletop United/Adventures, L5R, WoD with all of its iterations, and the latest Star Wars are among my greatest loves. All of which tout a greater emphasis on the story than how the dice land.
But in any case, as I said before, for any system, no matter how few or many dice rolls the system demands, it's hard to judge it by the character sheet alone, and honestly? It seems ass-backwards to start from this aspect and not to start with the system itself and then construct the character sheet around the crunch you've built necessary for the aforementioned system. That way you're not trying to shoehorn every little idea you had for the character sheet into a system that just isn't stout enough to hold those details.
In fact, you may even find some of the details you put in the file above are, in the end of your playtests, superfluous. Were I you, not saying you should, but once you have a rough draft of character creation for your TTRPG, give it to some friends, without the character sheet attached or telling them who else is doing this, ask them to make a character, and see what the common themes are in between each submission.
This is a great resource: www.youtube.com/watch?v=zQvWMd⦠all of Extra credits when they're talking to the audience about stuff like this. They give great details and explanations and ideas. Yes, their focus is towards the electronic genre but much of what they talk about can easily be transcribed into any kind of gaming medium.

If I were to see the system, I could give a whack at it, but without such a thing at my disposal, no thanks.

The system works like Dungeons and Dragons/Pathfinder but more simpler and focuses more on roleplaying.

If you really want to focus on story over mechanics. I'd say go for FATE Core or FATE Accellerated Edition.
Both are very rules lite and simple to use.

Both are available as Pdf's under the 'pay what you want including nothing' business model.

So if you want the PDF's you can get them gratis.

I wanted someone to design the character sheet anyway.
