Here it is, finally. This thing took three weeks easy. I'd say one week was just spent watching the episodes looking for screen captures for reference for each part of the illustration. The pencils and putting everything together was pretty quick and smooth. Then about a week and a half ago, I started in photoshop on the colors. I spent at least two hours a day on this since then. What I'm getting at is that this was one of, if not most involved illustration I've ever done.This is a homage to Drew Struzan's poster for "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. He's been my favorite artists for a long while, and I've always wanted to do a piece like this. I also wanted to do a Mythbusters-related illustration, because it's one of the few shows on tv I really watch. I guess it was Adam's fedora that really married the two ideas together. I hope somebody digs it.

I like this poster collage of the Mythbusters on an Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade poster. So appropriate. No doubt I think you did the best on Adam Savage. I think Grant needs some work but I still like it and looks so AWESOME!!

I love this! ^^ You did a very good job. I can recognize everyone very easily! I'm sure Adam would have loved it (because he's a dork like that). My favorite part has to be the Golden Gate Bridge in the background. You really captured the warmth and mood very well.

Now that I think of it, they should actually have their own movie. Like a real Hollywood blockbuster a la Indiana Jones, Harry Potter or Transformers.

Dude, great idea. "Mythbusters: the Movie" directed by Micheal Bay. It would be difficult to find the plot, but the explosions and Kari would look incredible.
