For some reason that cigarette at top doesn't look much realistic, maybe little shadow and different smoke would make it less flat-looking. Except this little detail it looks very neat

He's right, the cig is like half as big as her face, and it doesn't have any shadow. It also looks like you comped in the finger behind it, or rather redrew it because it wasn't originally holding a cig. The cig is darker then the rest of the picture.
Also it looks like she has gray hair... Which is totally fine, i just donno if it's intentional, heh.
