I may help u with html coding but i think to convert this theme to wordpress you'll need more than php .. you may need some plug-ins for the upper slider or jquery .. please let me know what do you expect for the final result of that theme and I will see how can I help u

As you asked for a critique, I'll dare giving my opinion.
I have to say there is a problem with your fonts combination. You have three fonts, what seems to be H2 or H1 font lake of personnality. Dare a wilder slab or serif!
In the newsletter signup banner, in the right side there is a problem about graphic, connection between shadow and front side, some pixels are not rights. The shadow could be a bit lighter in my taste.
I like the color scheme, AdHoc with the "ModernRetro" look, very neat and peaceful, but dynamic at the same time thanks to the good overall rythm. But inner pages are missing here, so, it's a partial opinion actually.
Good design if you resolve this issue about fonts. Congrats.
