Description
A flashback to Adafia Gourmanda's past, in which she dabbled in some serious dark magic, getting banished as a result. What kind of dark magic? Well, she wasn't too keen on the whole 'dying' thing, but found a way around it...that just so happened to involve shortening the lifespans of other creatures. Whoops. Merfolk society, however, sees getting cast out into the cold open ocean full of hungry sea monsters as an effective means of execution than actual execution...but obviously that didn't work as well as they hoped.
