Wow! I really like what you've done with this one! It's a rather interesting spin on the Sphinx myth, and it has just the right level of human features to belong in the uncanny valley. You've got a style of art that I think many artist struggle with, the shading of it specifically. I think that, with this art style, you could make some fantastic illustrations for books, comics, etc.
I think my favorite part of this Jewel you've made is actually the guy on the bridge. I don't really know why, but I think that he's awesome, he's just standing there, holding a funny little walking stick, wearing a funny little hat, most likely having a wicked rap-off with this huge, immortal rap-master.
