The Cpu candidates deserve just as much screentime as their older sisters.

No way, they deserve more. Especially Nepgear and Uni, because of all the shit their sisters put them through, (and because, at least in my opinion,they are the best, the coolest, and the cutest.) what with Nepgear having to always work for the both of them, sometimes the three when histy gets pisty because she spends all fucking day yelling at the almost useless Neptune, and Uni having to be at the mercy of the unmerciless Noire, who obviously takes poor little Uni for granted, and treats her like shit. Maybe Rom does too, because she just follows Ram around so she won't be lonely when Blanc does everything but spend time with them. But Ram does it because she's a little fucker, albeit an adorable little fucker, but a little fucker nonetheless.
