no background... bad lighting... and a lame pose. yeah. I know.... I'm a total poser noob and this is the first render I've ever made, so plz have mercy
Usually I only use the program to check postures and proportions for my drawings.
... but Daymond42's latest Krystal render inspired me to create my own specimen of her assault flight-suit.
... and it turned out quite well I think.

Not sure how I got here, but actually, not bad. At least it's better than what some "profeesionals" do in Garry's Mod. Rendered in Firefly, correct?

Normally I dislike any 3D Krystal attempts (the eyes are WAY too big and wide to be correct) but this is the only exception so far.
Eyes are about right, and it's looks like she has a sh*t-eating grin on her face. LOL

I will, but not this version.
Basicly because I used the textures of Daymond42 as reference.
But I'll start drawing the final textures this evenig ... and this time I will use the official game renders as reference.

That's good to hear. 's texture is good, but hasn't got as fine details and high resolutions as this.

Looks damn nice for a first render. You're actually paying attention to the details in the facial expression and the like that many people completely overlook their first few renders. (At least I've seen that, but I don't know too much about playing with this type of model, so maybe it's more work than I think.)

CharleyFox did a great job, the model comes with a large variaty of morphs and predefined 'expression controls'. But since I'm new to this it took me quite some time to find the right functions.

You know, I've never really understood the appeal of Kursed. She doesn't make any sense to me, as a character. Still, if anyone can make her appealing, you can.

It's just that ... Kursed is more interesting regarding her personality.
She's embittered and mean, coldblooded... "dead or alive" ? she doesn't care.
But somewhere deep inside there are still some leftovers of her former nice self,... her soft side.

She grabbed my paintball rifle and ran down the street... *sigh*
