Okay here are my three ideas:
One is Kushina in Controlled Kyuubi Form.
Two is Mito Uzumaki in Controlled Kyuubi Form.
Three is Kyuubi Kushina and Kyuubi Mito teaching Naruto how to control the Kyuubi's chakra while at the same time they rubbing their barely covered bodies against him and maybe other naughty things to him.

From reading a comment. It makes me confused....
you said Naruko is on the left and sakura is on the right, but wouldn't that be switched around as the one with a seal on them would be Naruko?

thing is the naruko i drew is based off the form naruto is in right now in the manga, so her seal is actually behind the suit, i gave sakura a seal over her body as she would look to plain without it ^^

Dang. I am REALLY thinking of a story behind this one (or hoping someone else comes up with one). I imagine that's Obito's head Naruko's holding?
Of course I'm also hoping you'll be drawing a 'private victory party' these three will be having next (maybe still in those 'demon-forms').
