I love your take on nature shots. It's hard to get people to appreciate the desert, but you do a wonderful job making it look welcoming in its own right.

Whoa, that's...weird. Is there a scientific explanation for that? I think that stars are hidden by greater light no matter what time of day it is...

I used an old Nikon 14mm f/2.8. I picked it up second hand for a steal the other day.

Haha, no. I used to have a Nikon D90, but upgraded to a D700 a few months back.

Oooh, this is lovely! There's something really neat and Zen about this. The waves in the sand remind me of a rock garden, dotted by the trees. The sky and the moon are gorgeous.
