Turn your nighttime photos into twilight photos with one click! Simply open a night photo then play the action to convert it to a twilight photo. Afterwards, adjust the layer opacity to increase/decrease the twilight effect.
TIP: On really really dark skies, simply use the Dodge tool on shadow mode to brighten it up. It will make your twilight photo look better!

Did you mean CS2? Try it out! I think it should but I don't have CS2 to test. I know it works in Photoshop CS3 though.
