Definitely! Although I like the first book the best (since it focuses more on Skulduggery instead of on the Sophie girl), the entire series is genius!

Haha, you're welcome! the characters are great, though I do recommend just reading the first one (since in the second book it starts focusing more on Sophie's love affairs with the Twilight-esque guys :I The cool and cold guy who is always pushing her away and the other goodlooking guy who is totally into her and is also a wolf and eeergh THE FIRST BOOK IS WONDERFUL but then it's less... Amazing. So yeah. First book = best <3)

It's Stephanie, who usually goes by Val, and Caleb (broody vampire boy) isn't introduced until book four, if you find that plot line annoyingly Twilight though, don't worry, the pay off is worth it. There are no werewolfs though, they are extinct. I actually have no idea what book you're talking about at this point.
Steph's love life is a small part of a much, much larger story. Although she is the view point character for much of the series, Skulduggery is still as much a main character as she is. So definitely read all nine, the series is amazingly funny and very easy to read, you will laugh, probably cry, and then laugh until you cry.
Anyways, sorry to just jump in there, it's my favorite series so I felt the need to spring into action. Love your drawing, there is nothing quite as dashing as a well tailored waistcoat. ^_^

Eh, I honestly don't much care for stories with a female as a main character, usually because there's love triangles involved, no matter how unimportant-ish they may seem.
I've read up until book 3 or 4, and I was a little disappointed at how little focus there was on the titular character. : < It's just a pet peeve of mine, I'm sure it's enjoyable for many others! I'm not sure why I told the person to only read the first book now; Everyone should see for themselves whether they like something or not. ;w; ' sorry
