Nice, out of focus, background - really liking the sky, and the softness
One thing... may be intentional, but the highlights on the hair look a little hard to me (unless she has some seriously funky hair dye going on).
Second thing ... maybe a little more shadow around her feet would connect her a little more to the beach?
And she appears not to have a nose?
