no its not really an RP, mostly people just have their oc's in it and can talk to eachother about situations or encounters, crime related things. it's honestly a bit of a "group" type thing people post art of their characters doing things on the streets in clubs/bars etc. i am currently working on a discord for everyone to join and chat and just have fun. if people want to rp thats fine as long as its amongst themselves and dont make it public. i know valter does drug dealing and it would fit so perfect in the verse.

feel free to add your character into the universe. they can be in a mafia, a hitman, stripper, dealer, etc. this is a universe where everyone gets away with just about everything. the police honestly only exist to clean up the dead body off the street.
there is a catch to this though (of course)
your character cannot be friends with Sintel unless i give the ok and we discuss how they could meet and become friends. Sintel runs the most powerful and most deadly mafia in the whole city, she's more feared than loved.
heres some info about the city and universe:
it's very similar to vegas
any families that loved their children (and lives) left. any teens or so you see on the streets have to make a living with a scary and risky job. (no one is safe, anyone can be hunted)
